Traditional mail is disappearing quickly and paperless processes are becoming increasingly popular. European legislation creates the possibility of legally valid digital signatures. As a result, we now use a digital signature for our documents within Alfa.

Working faster and more efficiently

The introduction of a digital signature means that our organization can work faster and more efficiently, thereby improving our service to you. The digital signature expedites, for example, the paper-intensive process for drawing up and handling financial statements. 

Digital signature legally valid

At the offices of Alfa, a lot of mail is already sent via e-mail. But the documents often need to be printed, signed and scanned. The digital signature will change this. Documents can simply be signed using a digital signature. If necessary, clients can also sign a document we provide using a link in the e-mail message. This process is, of course, properly secured. When all parties have signed the documents, clients receive a digital version of the legally valid signed document by e-mail.
