Marco Vermin new Vice President - EMEA of DFK International

Marco Vermin has been appointed as the new Vice President EMEA of DFK International on the 5^th of February. In this role he will represent the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region. DFK International is an association with 220 independent accounting and advisory firms (together more than 400 offices) that work together in international matters.

“When you want to start a company abroad or want to acquire a company abroad you will have to make sure that all local regulations and laws are met. Because of our membership of DFK International we can reach out to a local firm in the jurisdiction where our client wants be with his business. We know and we trust our partner firms abroad. It is very important that we help our client in these matters and we can introduce him with a local firm that has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and regulations”, says Marco Vermin.

Partnership with DFK International

Since 2014 Alfa has a partnership with DFK International. Marco Vermin has joined the board of directors of DFK International in 2016 and has been appointed as Vice-President EMEA on the 5^th of February. “We can act very fast with DFK International and with the local partner firms. It is for example very pleasant to present our clients a professional network we can use with much experience and knowledge with foreign mergers and acquisitions. In this way we can help our clients with a smooth process in mergers and acquisitions.” Within the network of DFK International Alfa has the status of ‘National Member’. That is why we are the only Dutch accountancy and advisory member firm within DFK International.
